Nothing to join
No dues, no covenant, no logo for your wall. Youth workers from churches, campus ministries, and nonprofits — one room, a few times a year.
Building stronger futures across San Antonio
A citywide table of youth workers
Here, the people who care for students have people caring for them.
Youth ministry looks different from church to church in San Antonio. Some youth workers serve after work with a borrowed room and a couple of adults who keep saying yes. Some lead staff, budgets, parents, calendars, and expectations in places that look strong from the outside.
The pressures are different, but the weight can still be real. The late-night crisis, the hard conversation, the next message, the next event, the parent call you keep thinking about — all of it has to land somewhere.
Too many good youth workers quit quietly.
Not because they stopped caring, but because they carried too much for too long, and almost nobody noticed in time.
So a few times a year, youth workers from the east side, west side, south side, north side, and the suburbs get a room to walk into. Storefront churches, school parking lots, and large church campuses all belong at the same table. The meal is already paid for. There is worship, vision, prayer, and enough time to actually learn each other's names.
No one will ask you for your money, your volunteers, your students, or your staff. This is not another program to join, and there is no pitch waiting at the end.
Just come be fed, prayed for, encouraged, and known. If that helps one more youth worker stay healthy and stay with the students they love, San Antonio is better for it.

No dues, no covenant, no logo for your wall. Youth workers from churches, campus ministries, and nonprofits — one room, a few times a year.
No SAYN branding on your students, no reporting, no separate numbers. Anyone you meet here goes into your ministry the same way anyone else would.
There are more students in this city than all of us together can reach. The person across the table is not a rival, they are a phone call.
A real meal and a full hour before anything happens on a stage. That hour is not the warm-up. It is half the reason we do this.
Live worship. Vision from the people doing this work, not a hired speaker. A student telling you in their own words what youth ministry did to their life.
Prayer over this city, and we are done. On time, every time. The room stays open if you want to stay and talk.

Partner tables are in the back if you want them. Nobody is going to work the room.
Between gatherings, take one youth worker from another organization to coffee. We will hand you a card for it at the door. Nobody is checking up on you. That is the whole assignment.
Invitation only. If you were asked, the registration link came from whoever invited you. This page is not a public sign-up.
Free. Bring your team. Parking on site. Dress like it is youth group.
Midday, north side. Lunch provided. Location posted here when it is set. Dates land on this page first, and we move around the city on purpose — no one side of town owns this.
SAYN is convened by EK, an initiative of San Antonio Youth for Christ. AGORA is hosting the room at 1807 Centennial for the first gathering — the building is the venue, not the owner of this network.
The first gathering is starting small and starting through relationships. That is a room-size decision in year one, not a judgment about who belongs.
If you work with students in San Antonio and nobody invited you, that is a gap on our end, not yours. Tell us where you serve and we will get you on the list for December.

No. There is nothing to join. No dues, no membership, no reporting, no commitment past showing up.
No. That is the first rule of this table. Nobody here pulls from another organization, and anyone you meet through SAYN goes into your pipeline, not a SAYN one.
No. It is a wide room by design — every side of the city, every kind of church and ministry. It is a Christian network: there will be worship and prayer.
Yes. Bring them. Blessing the people who do the work is the whole point, and that includes yours.
Nothing. The room, the meal, and anything you take home are covered.
Tell us where you serve, using the form above. That is it. Not knowing anybody is the exact problem we started this to fix.
There are people in this city who have been exactly where you are. The point of this table is that you get their phone number before you need it.
